REFUNDS

The refund processing time is approximately 30 days, subject to verification of the returned product’s condition.

For credit card or other prepaid payment methods, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method, and the refund time may vary depending on the credit card or payment method used.

Refunds exclude shipping costs for both delivery and return, as well as any customs duties/taxes.

The purchase price will be fully refunded only if the return is due to defective or damaged merchandise, or if the package was lost/misdelivered by the courier. No refunds will be issued for products customized upon customer’s request (e.g., products personalized with player names/numbers or personal names, patches, initials, except for defective or damaged products); for underwear, swimwear, and face masks; or for jerseys following a change in the player's number or transfer to another team. Discounted products (Outlet section, special promotions) are non-refundable.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS

The maximum time limits for submitting requests or complaints are:

  • 15 DAYS for complaints regarding defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise.
  • 3 MONTHS for requests related to shipments or deliveries (e.g., package not received, package held, delivery problems, etc.).
  • 6 MONTHS for requests related to payment transactions or refunds.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

Trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs used on the website belong to their respective owners and their use, including reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties, is prohibited. The content of the website (texts, graphics, images, and animations) is protected by copyright.

APPLICABLE LAW

The governing law for purchases on store.inter.it is that of the Italian Republic. For any disputes relating to the sale of products on the site, the competent court is the Court of Milan.
